A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My Story

The Blackness of Future. The feeling of hopelessness and convincing ourselves that will never feel joy ever again. The sense of existential doom and complete consumption of the physiological stress of panic. We have moments of feeling completely lost, alone, and without a light to guide us at times.  I know what it's like to feel completely lost and stuck in life. We all have these moments.

Life is contrast though, and we must wear the world lightly my friends. To be patient and compasionate to ourselves while we understand what to do with these feelings and how to tend to them. As much as you know the the darkness, you know the light as well. 

Don't forget you have experienced the other side too!

You know the hopefulness of future, the beauty and awe of simplicity, the preciousness of impermanence and the washing away of worry in a state of true awareness.

Your story is one of hope and of never giving up and it would be my honour to help you through this season of your life.

In 2018 my mission started to help others with their emotional wellbeing while also continuing to understand my own. My YouTube Channel grew, my podcast started and I began speaking at schools and corporations. This mission isn't about pathology or symptoms. It's recognizing the human condition and getting in touch with our true, authentic self. I hope to meet you and walk with you on this journey.

Fun Facts & Thoughts: I bungee jumped in Switzerland.  Backpacked through eastern Europe. I have three brothers, one sister and two awesome parents. Did my first stand up set in 2021. I meditate everyday. I spend as much time off screens as possible. I love camping, swimming and cliff jumping. I've been playing guitar and drums since 2008. Music is the obsession and unquenchable thirst in my life. The sky is free.

While you're may be a little stuck or in a difficult place, you don't have to do this alone. Our work together comes from what is truly meaningful for you, and I'm here to fully support that.
